This is my first visit to Seattle Premium Outlets despite I have been to Seattle many times. Like many consumers, I like to buy goods economically. How do you define "economy" in layman's term with few words.

I am told this particular outlet has the biggest shoppers, handbags are sold at astronomical rate.
As usual, I end the trip without buying anythings.
