Mee from 'Eng Chun"

A mee shop found at Batu Enam serving a different kind of mee not found in other parts of Malaysia.

The original shape of the noodle before it is subjected to stretching, bending, lengthening, elongating and finally drawn out.
Who should finally determine the perimeter measurement of the noodle, maybe this young lady has a bigger say than you. Nothwithstanding the torturous treatment rendered on the noodle, the noodle seems to regain it nascent state after it is cooked.
The noodle is served with dried "ikan bilis", minced pork, vegetable, deep fried onion and others which are only known to the lady and in this part of the world, it is considered their secret recipes. The noodle, of course, is served in rich soup stock ( chicken, pork, ikan bilis ???? ) .
For this satisfying meal, the financial damage is RM3.50.
