Internet Access in Europe

BY and large, internet is not freely provided in Europe. Due to some exigency matter, I had to fork out 6 euro for 60 min internet access in this NH hoteles located at Savona Darsena ( near Genoa), Italy.
Pay strict attention to the max data transfer allowed and in this case , 200 MB. Don't do video conference when using Skype. You may get less than the 60 min allocated to you.

In this hotel, Escale Oceania ( Aix-En-Provence) does give 15 min of internet access at the lobby. However, the catch is that you must have a local cellphone. Oversea cellphones do not work although the log-in page provides accept input of such number.

Here , I paid 5 euro for one hour access. Any unused balance can be carried forward to be used in another location under the same management.

As per this website http://www.toptenz.net
The Top 10 Things Better Than Sex are
