Lobster Dinner at Stone Street, Lower Manhattan, US

Stone Street is an institution of Lower Manhattan as it has withstood so many financial tsunami, yet , many restaurants are still deeply rooted here. This street is particularly popular with financial wizards working around Wall Street.

It is rightfully called Stone Street as its surface is covered with cobblestone. It has a history of few hundred years.

In fact, it is a narrow passageway between buildings, sandwiched between South William and Pearl Streets.

It comes about by chance that I and my sister exited through the back door of "Subway Restaurant" and found ourself on this street. As a matter of fact, we already consumed a big Subway meal. Notwithstanding the Subway meal, we could not resist the temptation of the lobster which is one of the main attractions of this restaurant.
Dining tables are arranged smartly along the streets.

In order to experience a different ambience and despite the slight drizzling, we choose to have our dinner served on the tables in this alley instead of the ruckus atmosphere inside the restaurant.

I order for myself "surf and turf", meaning "Lobster and Steak". The lobster shell has been removed, showing off its succulent body.

My sister has "surf" only. The lobster shell is still intact.

Can't remember how much I paid for the dinner. Anywhere, it is a good experience to dine here despite the fact that I am not a financial wizard.
