It is strange that they use Dutch word "Manneken Pis" in Belgium. I think it all goes back to histroy as Belgium is Netherlands' neighbour.

The chocolate shop next to the little man seems to cater more to Chinese as the sales personel speak fluent chinese.
You can also bring back a chocolate replica of the little man if he fancies you so much.
